We don't capture dust. We don't produce dust. There's a difference.
Every other floor refinisher in the market hedges on dust. "Dustless" in their copy means 90–98% captured by a containment system. "100% dust-free" in ours means zero dust at the source – because the Clean ReCoat Process™ doesn't sand.
The Physics
Traditional Method
Step 1: Drum sander mechanically grinds the top 1–2mm of wood, producing 30–40 lbs of airborne sawdust for a 1,000 sqft floor.
Step 2: Vacuum containment captures most, industry-reported is 85–90% but depends on containment system.
Step 3: The remaining 10–15% settles on walls, cabinets, HVAC systems, inside cabinets, on light fixtures, etc. You’ll find it for months.
“Dustless” = just means less dust, not completely absent.
Clean ReCoat Process™
Step 1: We use our proprietary pH-neutral deep cleaning process to lift grime, wax, and other contaminants off the surface of your floor. This is like giving your floor a really good bath.
Step 2: We perform our signature color correction where applicable, disguise damage, fill holes, and more to leave your floor looking better than ever.
Step 3: This is our secret ingredient step that guarantees excellent chemical adhesion. That’s all we can say 😉
Step 4: We expertly apply our proprietary commercial-grade finish in your selected sheen; Satin, Semi-Gloss, or Gloss. In three to four hours your back on your freshly ReCoat floors!
