Premium Water-Based Finish & Curing
After sanding, we apply your preferred stain color and low-VOC polyurethane finish, available in multiple sheens. Floors are typically completed in a few days, with a curing time of 5-7 days before heavy use. For customers requiring a faster, low-disruption solution, our 1-day Clean ReCoat Process may be a more suitable option. If your floors only require light sanding and recoating, you can choose our Clean ReCoat Process, which uses advanced HEPA-extraction tools to capture up to 99% of airborne dust to ensure minimal debris and cleanup.
